Jeans Day was started in March 1993 by the Bismarck Tribune. And, together with hundreds of businesses and thousands of denim do-gooders, we've raised over $1.2 million since!
The last Friday of every month is Jeans Day in Bismarck and Mandan. Participating businesses encourage their employees to wear jeans and donate a dollar. The money is collected and sent in to the Bismarck Tribune where it is counted and presented to a chosen non-profit agency in need of supporting funds.
